How to Consign

If you are interested in consigning furniture

 previews each item and selects only the highest quality pre-owned furniture and accessories. Our goal is to provide the finest in pre-owned home furnishings and accessories for our customers.

INFORMATION NEEDED:

 If your item is small enough to fit in your vehicle, you can bring it in during our regular store hours for evaluation. We must see all items before we accept them for consignment.

Please provide the following information: type of wood; finish; manufacturer; condition; age; description of the upholstery; any flaws; the price you paid for it; and where you purchased or acquired it. This information helps us determine a fair market value.

Acceptable items must be in excellent condition. We do not consign items that need to be refinished or repaired, and they must be complete with necessary parts for assembly. Upholstered furniture should look like new. (It must be clean, no fading, no stains, not worn or torn).

  Items from homes where there is smoking cannot be accepted for consignment.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONSIGN:

  Depending upon the age & condition; furniture will be priced between 30% – 50% of the retail value.

  You will receive 50% of the selling price

  Prices will firm for the first 30 days – reductions will then be taken at 10% intervals after the first 30 days.

Please be advised that due to our insurance restrictions our associates are not permitted to load items into your car. For your convenience, we can recommend professional moving services.
